Prescription Refills

It is very important to the physicians and staff at The START Center that you receive the best possible care. So that there is no interruption in you care, please request prescription refills when you have a three to five day supply remaining to ensure that you do not run out. For most medications, call your pharmacy and the pharmacy will call or fax the refill request to our office. For medications requiring a special prescription, please request a refill from the physician or their staff during regular office hours. We are available to serve you 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday and we are closed on major holidays.
